About

Dr. Temitayo Allinson, PharmD, MS, BCPS, BCPPS.

I’m Temitayo, a clinical pharmacist, writer, and founder of Heart Orchard.

For years, my life looked perfect on paper—Saudi consultant role, hospital pharmacy in Atlanta, the immigrant gratitude story fulfilled. But at 2:17 a.m. in the hospital pharmacy, surrounded by perfect metrics, I realised I felt hollow inside.

Heart Orchard began as my own path out of that “not miserable, but not alive” place.

Now I write, teach, and host gentle spaces for women in midlife who want to honor their families’ sacrifices and reclaim their own gifts.
